14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid Smallkit product (for example ExactUnits Pro) isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase — no questions asked. For yearly plans this applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

How to request

Reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact Paddle at paddle.net with your order number. You can also email us at [email protected] with the order number (it starts with txn_).

What happens next

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Pro features are turned off for a refunded purchase. A refund of a yearly plan also cancels its renewal.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payments.
