Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms apply to websites, browser extensions and apps made by Smallkit (smallkit.app) — “the products”. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Use of the products
You may use the free products for personal and commercial purposes. Don't misuse them, try to break them, or use them to break the law.
Accuracy
We work hard to make our tools correct, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Always double-check results that matter — for example medical doses, engineering values, or clothing and shoe sizes, which are approximate by nature.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Smallkit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.
Paid features
Some products offer optional paid plans (for example ExactUnits Pro, see pricing). Prices and what you get are shown before you pay.
- Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, taxes and payment-related customer service. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
- Yearly plans renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt; the plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
- Lifetime purchases are a single payment and give the paid features for as long as the product is offered.
- No account. A purchase is linked to the browser it was made in and can be restored in up to 3 browsers with the order number.
- Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee, see the Refund Policy.
- Free plans may change — for example, a daily limit after a beta period. Paid plans you already bought keep what they promised.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
